Decidual cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Skeletal muscle, Purkinje cells, stomach, large intestine, epididymis, exocrine pancreas, trophoblasts, Leydig cells and a subset of lymphoid non-germinal center cells displayed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Skeletal muscle, respiratory epithelia, Purkinje cells and skin along with squamous epithelia of tonsil and esophagus showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. A subset of cells in splenic red pulp displayed strong staining. Decidual cells and a subset of cells in fallopian tube exhibited moderate membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
