Most normal tissues exhibited weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in parathyroid gland, nasopharynx and a subset of leukocytes. Decidual cells and cells in ductus seminiferus displayed distinct nuclear positivity. Non-neuronal cells, hepatocytes and smooth muscle were negative.
