Staining summary
Normal tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Prostate glands showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Neuronal cells of cerebral cortex, cells in seminiferus ducts, subsets of pancreatic islet cells and endocrine glands displayed strong nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Liver, pneumocytes, cells in glomeruli and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
