Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in several tissues. Breast, glial cells, islets of Langerhans, parathyroid, trophoblastic cells, heart and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
