Moderate to strong cytoplasmic often accompanied by membranous staining was seen in most cancer tissues. Several cases of carcinoids, lymphomas, melanomas, testicular tumors, renal and gastric cancers were negative.
Cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with membranous positivity in few cases. Few cases of duct carcinoma of breast, melanoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, endometrial, pancreas and stomach cancers displayed strong positivity.
A majority of malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Most malignant gliomas and lymphomas as well as cases of malignant melanomas, colorectal and breast cancers showed strong immunoreactivity.
