Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in several tissues as well. Hematopoietic cells and squamous epithelium of esophagus, exocrine pancreas, respiratory epithelia, hepatocytes, Leydig cells and the adrenal gland displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells and cells in glomeruli were weakly stained or negative.

Most of the normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with occasional membranous immunoreactivity. Megakaryocytes, small intestine, renal tubules and neuronal cells were strongly stained. Lymphoid tissues, heart and smooth muscle cells were negative.
