Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Luminal membrane in intestinal glands were strongly stained whereas distinct granular cytoplasmic staining was observed in prostate. Spleen and most cells of the CNS were mainly negative.
