Normal tissues generally displayed moderate nuclear staining which frequently was combined with cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Rectum, trophoblastic cells and skeletal muscle were strongly stained. Islets of Langerhans, cells in CNS, spleen and smooth muscle were weakly stained or negative.
