Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Distinct cytoplasmic staining was observed in a fraction of cells in red pulp of spleen and distinct membranous positivity in trophoblasts. Squamous epithelia, urothelia, kidney, myocytes and cells of the CNS were mainly negative.
