A few cases of malignant melanoma, colorectal, thyroid, ovarian, lung, gastric and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in some cases. Nuclear staining was observed in occasional cases of malignant melanoma and urothelial cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
