Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in the lower intestinal tract, neuronal extensions, subsets of cells in salivary glands and bone marrow. Squamous epithelia, the prostate, female genital tract, cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were generally negative. Remaining normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining in most cases.
