A majority of normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Red blood cells were distinctly stained. Gall bladder, exocrine pancreas, trophoblastic cells and leydig cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Gastrointestinal tract showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Respiratory epithelia, squamous epithelia, breast, myocytes and glial cells were mainly negative.
