Staining summary
Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity often with a granular a pattern. Epididymis, heart muscle and trophoblastic cells displayed additional membranous immunoreactivity. The liver, spleen and most cells of the CNS were weakly stained or negative.
