Staining summary
HPA035671 Most of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity combined with additional luminal membrane staining in fractions of cases. Exocrine pancreas, heart muscle and subsets of immune cells were strongly stained. Spleen, placental trophoblasts and lymphoid reaction center cells were negative.
HPA035672 Spermatogonia in seminiferous ducts and subsets of immune cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Cardiac myocytes showed moderate membranous staining. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
