A majority of cancer cells displayed weak to moderate nuclear membranous positivity. Lymphomas and carcinoids as well as endometrial, prostate and testicular cancers were negative.
Moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic positivity was observed in several prostate cancers while many breast cancers along with few cases of ovarian, endoometrial, cervical and colorectal cancers showed moderate staining. Remaining tumors were in general weakly stained or negative.
