Thyroid, large intestine, trophoblastic cells, subsets of adrenal cortex and prostate showed strong cytoplasmic staining with a granular pattern. Respiratory epithelia, exocrine pancreas, cells in seminiferous ducts and gallbladder showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

A majority of normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern and additional nuclear staining in several tissues. Strong granular cytoplasmic staining was observed in thyroid, renal tubules, Purkinje cells and epididymis. Adrenal cortex and bone marrow poietic cells showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. The liver, stomach, myocytes and most lymphoid cells were negative.
