Several cases of carcinoids, prostate and urothelial cancers, a few hepatocellular carcinomas, renal and stomach cancers along with a few melanomas and pancreatic cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear positivity in some cases. Remaining cancers were in general weakly stained or negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity was observed in a majority of cancers. Several gliomas, melanomas and squamous cell carcinomas were strongly stained. A majority of pancreatic and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative.
