Distinct staining was observed in sperms. Most glandular cells, airway epithelium, urothelium exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining. Lymphoid reaction center cells were strongly stained.

Cells in seminiferus ducts and the adrenal displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Stomach, exocrine pancreas and renal tubules exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Bile duct cells, pancreatic islet cells, urothelial cells, smooth muscle and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
