Moderate to strong nuclear staining was observed in cells in CNS, gall bladder, pancreas, endocrine glands, kidney, male genitalia and ovarian follicles. Squamous epithelium, liver, myocytes and glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract were generally negative.

Neuronal and thyroid cells exhibited strong nuclear staining. Intestinal tract showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Decidual cells and cells in seminiferus ducts displayed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative or weakly stained.
