Most of the normal and malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and often nuclear positivity. Several cases of colorectal cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of malignant melanomas, cervical, ovarian, lung, skin and endometrial cancers showed weak staining or were negative.
