Most glandular cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity often combined with membranous positivity. Nuclear membranous positivity was observed in neuronal cells, placenta and urothelium. Lung, liver, glial cells, spleen, squamous epithelia and muscle cells were generally negative.

Subset of cells in gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, exocrine pancreas, adrenal, endometrial glands, decidua, testis, seminal vesicle and prostate displayed moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
