Cytoplasmic staining in a few tissues. Strongest staining in heart, smooth and skeletal muscle cells and squamous epithelia. Extracellular staining was also seen in goblet cells in e.g. gastrointestinal tract. Most other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
