Moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in pancreatic islets, superficial layers of squamous epithelium, renal tubules, seminiferous duct cells, muscle, neuronal cells and subsets of lymphoid cells. Trophoblastic cells, large intestine, purkinje cells and subsets of bone marrow cells were strongly stained. Most normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA031845
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining combined with additional nuclear positivity in several tissues. Membranous staining was observed in bronchus, epididymis and salivary gland. Epididymis and cells in seminiferus tubules were strongly stained. Glial cells and hepatocytes were negative.
HPA031846
Normal tissues generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Renal tubules, cells in seminiferous ducts, hematopoietic cells and reaction center cells displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. The liver, renal glomeruli and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
