Normal tissues displayed cytoplasmic staining, often accompanied with nuclear or nucleolar positivity in a fraction of the cells. Strongest staining was observed in urinary bladder, stomach and heart muscle. Most other tissues showed weak to moderate immunoreactivity.
HPA006028
Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in heart muscle. In respiratory epithelia and basal cells of prostate gland and squamous epithelia, moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity was found. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
CAB008368
Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong immunoreactivity was observed in heart muscle, cervical glandular cells and subsets of cells in renal glomeruli. Lymphoid tissues and most cells in CNS displayed weak staining or were negative.
