Glandular epithelia and lymphoid tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. The staining was often accentuated to the plasma membrane. Strong positivity was observed in cytotrophoblasts of placenta and in macrophages. In stomach, extracellular portions of mucus-secreting cells showed positivity. Most other normal tissues were faintly stained or negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Additional luminal membranous staining was observed in glandular tissues and renal tubules. Pneumocytes, ovarian and endometrial stroma, cells in CNS and soft tissues were negative.
