Airway epithelium, gastrointestinal glands, gall bladder, pancreas, adrenal gland, kidney, leydig cells and subsets of trophoblasts showed distinct cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Smooth and heart muscle displayed moderate membranous staining while basement membranes was positive in for example breast glands. Endothelium generally showed moderate positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
