Fraction of cells in bone marrow and non germinal center cells of lymph node showed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Small intestine and Purkinje cells showed weak cytoplasmic staining. Respiratory epithelial cells, urothelium, epididymis, neuronal cells and few squamous cells showed moderate nuclear/nucleolar immunoreactivity. Other normal tissues showed weak nuclear staining or were negative.

A majority of normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The superficial gastric mucosa, goblet cells, pancreas, trophoblasts and fractions of cells in the spleen displayed strong positivity. Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining was observed in prostate. Bile duct cells, renal glomeruli and lymphoid reaction center cells were negative.
