Most cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. A majority of colorectal, cervical, lung skin and urothelial cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity.
Most cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative. A majority of colorectal, breast, cervical, urothelial, gastric and pancreas cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Several cases of ovarian and liver cancers were strongly stained.
This gene encodes an E26 transformation-specific related transcription factor. The encoded protein is primarily expressed in lymphoid cells and acts as both an enhancer and a repressor to regulate transcription of various genes.
