Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity with additional luminal membranous staining in a few cases. Strong membranous staining was observed in small intestine and placental trophoblasts. Purkinje cells showed strong nuclear staining. Pancreatic islets, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.
