Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often seen with a granular pattern. Salivary duct, squamous epithelia, thyroid, neuronal and smooth muscle cells were strongly stained. Renal tubules showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Stomach, oral mucosa, pancreas and the lymphoid cells were negative.
