Staining summary
Intracellular mucus was distinctly stained in upper airway and the gastric mucosa while the intestine exhibited distinct staining in Paneth cells. Smooth and skeletal muscle displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues generally negative.
