Nuclear staining of various intensity was displayed in essentially all normal tissues. Strong nuclear positivity was observed in a subset of neuronal cells in CNS, cells in seminiferous ducts and immune cells, decidual cells, glandular cells in adrenal gland and epididymis.

Most normal cells showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Stomach, adrenal cortical cells, fallopian tube, breast and Purkinje cells were strongly stained. The liver, pancreas, spleen and glial cells were negative.
