Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often seen with a granular pattern. Gallbladder, exocrine pancreas, endometrial glands, epididymis and subset of non-germinal center cells were strongly stained. Placenta, glial cells, cerebellum and spleen were negative.

Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in respiratory epithelia. Nuclear staining was observed in neuronal cells. Glial cells, bile duct cells, pneumocytes, parathyroid and heart muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
