Most normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Distinct immunoreactivity was observed in endothelial cells and in vessel smooth muscle. Squamous epithelia, hepatocytes, heart muscle and most cells in CNS were weakly stained or negative.

Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining was observed in a majority of normal tissues. Kidney, fallopian tube, pneumocytes, epididymis, endometrium, lymphoid tissues and glial cells were strongly stained. Salivary gland were generally negative.
