Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Glandular cells of stomach and endometrium, bile duct cells of liver, cells in tubuli of kidney and non-follicular cells of lymph node showed strong positivity. Basal layer of prostate and placental cytotrophoblasts were also distinctly stained. Squamous epithelia were negative or weakly stained.
