Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Duodenum, gallbladder, thyroid, ovarian follicle and decidual cells displayed strong positivity. Cilia in respiratory epithelia and fallopian tube was distinctly stained. Islets of Langerhans, Purkinje cells, glial cells and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
