Most cancer tissues showed distinct nuclear/nucleolar positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several colorectal cancers. Several lymphomas, stomach and liver cancer were weakly stained or negative.
Thyroid cancers along with several liver, ovarian, endometrial, lung and stomach cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Other cancer tissues were generally negative.
