Staining summary
Normal tissues generally displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Heart and skeletal muscle cells along with a subset of cells in salivary gland and seminal vesicle were strongly stained. Cerebellum, pneumocytes, smooth muscle cells, spleen and endometrial stroma were negative.
