Staining summary
Weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was displayed by normal tissues. Nuclear staining was observed in Purkinje cells, skeletal muscle and squamous epithelia. Lung macrophages, renal tubules and Leydig cells were strongly positive. Bile ducts, cells in female genitalia, trophoblasts, pancreas and smooth muscle were negative.
