Staining summary
A majority of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was seen in Purkinje cells and in ciliated cells of bronchus and fallopian tubes. Squamous epithelia, bile duct cells and lymphoid tissues were negative.
