Several normal tissues displayed rare cells with moderate nuclear positivity. Strong granular cytoplasmic immunoreactivity in many cells of the CNS, especially neurons. A granular cytoplasmic positivity was also found in lymphoid tissues. Virtually no staining in other tissues.

Strong, granular cytoplasmic positivity was observed in neuronal cells of CNS whereas macrophages of lung, glandular cells of stomach, hepatocytes of liver, adrenal cortical cells, cells in renal tubules and Leydig cells of testis were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
