Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with occasional additional membranous and/or nuclear staining. Squamous epithelia, salivary glands, hepatocytes, urothelial cells, renal tubules, hematopoietic cells, prostate and Leydig cells exhibited strong staining. Bile duct cells, neuronal cells and the germinal center cells were weakly stained or negative.
