Nuclear and cytoplasmic staining of varying intensity was observed in most normal tissues. Strong positivity was observed in salivary glands, renal tubules, trophoblasts and urothelial cells. Lymphoid tissues were mainly negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity accompanied with nuclear staining in a few cases. Strong cytoplasmic staining was found in salivary gland, breast, basal layer of squamous epithelia and neuronal cells of CNS. Glandular cells in the female genital tract, testicular cells and myocytes were generally negative.
