Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Hepatocytes, trophoblasts, breast and glial cells of CNS displayed strong immunoreactivity with additional nuclear positivity. Lymphoid tissues, prostate, Purkinje cells and skeletal muscle were in general negative.
