Most normal cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and in some tissues also nuclear positivity. Strong staining was observed in respiratory epithelia, esophagus, exocrine pancreas, glandular cells of cervix and skeletal muscle. The intestinal Goblet cells displayed strong staining in mucous vacuoles.
