Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Nuclear positivity was seen in for example spleen, placenta and cerebellum. Purkinje cells and basal cells in seminiferus ducts as well as subsets of cells in spleen and bone marrow were strongly stained. Bile duct cells, glial cells, lymph node and tonsil were mainly negative.
