Cancer tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear staining. Few cases of melanoma displayed strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of colorectal and few endometrial cancers displayed additional membranous staining.
Malignant cells showed weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity. A few cases of urothelial, testicular and cervical cancers were strongly stained. Malignant gliomas and most renal cancers were negative.
