Strong membranous positivity combined with cases of cytoplasmic staining was observed in respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal glands, gallbladder, pancreas, urothelia, fallopian tube and most male genitalia. Cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues, myocytes and liver were negative.
HPA027587
Weak to moderate membranous, nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was seen in normal tissues. Gastrointestinal tract, gallbladder, exocrine pancreas and seminal vescicle were strongly stained. Glial cells, lymphoid tissue, squamous epithelia and myocytes were negative.
HPA027657
A majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong membranous immunoreactivity with additional cytoplasmic positivity in some cases. Liver, pancreatic islet cells, bone marrow, cells in CNS and lymphoid tissues were negative.
CAB017193
Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and a slightly stronger membranous immunoreactivity. Most luminal membranes and neurons in CNS were strongly stained.
