Most malignancies exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity in the majority of cases. Additional membranous and nuclear positivity was observed in several cases. Rare prostate, cervical, liver and pancreatic cancers showed strong positivity. Malignant lymphomas, carcinoids and gliomas along with most testicular and colorectal cancers were negative.
Colorectal cancers and a few breast cancers showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Malignant gliomas, lymphomas and melanomas as well as most skin and renal cancers were negative. Remaining malignant cells showed in general weak to moderate staining.
