Several gliomas and a few testicular seminomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Several melanomas along with a few basal cell carcinomas, ovarian, breast, endometrial and pancreatic cancers showed moderate staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
A majority of cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of pancreatic cancers showed strong staining. Moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in several cases of melanomas. Gliomas and lymphomas along with most cases of breast, prostate, skin, testicular and gastric cancers were weakly stained or negative.
